Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tint, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Tint is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

Tint edits and exports only the one photo you actively choose to import — it never modifies or deletes anything in your photo library on its own. Exported photos are saved to your device's own Photos library or shared via your device's share sheet, at your direction. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you want to preserve; since Tint has no server, there is no backup of your original or edited photos anywhere but your device.

Tint offers an optional Pro unlock, available as a single one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase — not a subscription, and it does not renew or charge again. Pricing is shown in the app and in the App Store or Google Play listing before purchase. The purchase is processed and managed by the App Store or Google Play and is subject to their respective terms and refund policies. For iOS users, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies and can be found at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

Your use of Tint is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All photo data stays on your device and is your responsibility to back up — Tint has no server, and therefore no backup copy of your data exists anywhere else.

Tint is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tint and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of photos or data.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
